In addition to high-quality treatment, a pleasant atmosphere is the focus of our activities. In order to ensure a short waiting time, we treat by appointment. With our patient service, we would like to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible:

Are you here for the first time or have there been any important changes? Here, you can find our patient history sheet for you to download.

Appointments for busy professionals

Sometimes it is difficult for professionals with a busy schedule to fit in appointments for dental treatment. If you require extensive dental treatment in particular, we are happy to offer you longer appointment times to reduce the number of visits you need to make.

EC and credit cards

Pay your bill cashless directly at our reception. We accept EC, Mastercard, Visa and Amexco.

Disposable toothbrushes

Do you wish to freshen up and brush your teeth once more before seeing the dentist? You can obtain toothbrushes from reception.

Foreign languages

There are no communication problems in our dental practice. We speak English, Turkish and Russian.

Drinks

Mineral water and juices for your refreshment are available in the waiting area. You can simply help yourself.

Internet in the waiting room

“Wait&Surf” – Would you like further information about our practice or simply wish to check your emails, surf on the internet or rate us? Please ask for our WLAN access data.

Air-conditioning

To provide stress-free dental care, all the rooms in our practice have air-conditioning. This helps create a pleasant treatment environment and helps our team to concentrate, especially on hot days.

Compress

For relaxation, we offer you a wonderfully scented, warm compress after each non-surgical treatment.

Courtesy vanity area

If you would like to freshen up after your treatment, you will find a convenient large wall mirror and corresponding washing facilities in the anteroom of our patient toilet.

Cold pads

We provide free cold pads and pain-killers for your use on the way home. If problems persist after surgical implant treatments, you can also contact us out of hours on our emergency number.

Anaesthesia

We offer our patients different possibilities of sedation and thus a painless treatment. Alongside local anaesthesia, we work with nitrous oxide; in addition, outpatient treatment under general anaesthesia is possible. This may be useful for major surgery or prolonged sessions. We work together with an experienced anaesthetist team.

Emergency service

An out-of-hours emergency service is available. Call 030-89004-333 to find out which dental practice in your district is ready to serve. At www.kzv-berlin.de/patienten/notdienst.html you will find the current emergency service plan for Berlin on the Internet.

Dental hygiene shop

In consultation with our team, you can buy the right dental hygiene products for your use at home directly from the practice. We supply only products that our team like to use themselves.

Denture cleaning

Ensure your dentures remain comfortable, attractive and functioning perfectly by regular cleaning. Please ask for this service. Our cooperating dental laboratory will gladly work for you.

Payment by instalments

Good dental care may not always fit your budget. Our practice is happy to offer payment by instalments in cooperation with the German Dental Billing Centre (DZR). Come and talk to us about it.

Recall service

Regular check-ups and dental hygiene are essential for your dental health. We are happy to include you in our appointment reminder system and will contact you in good time.

Pain therapy

Please call if you are in pain. We will arrange an appointment for you at short notice. An out-of-hours dental emergency service is also available.

Pregnancy

As a mother-to-be or recent mother, you need to know how to care for your own teeth and those of your infant. In the prophylaxis department of our practice, you are welcome to get tips and hints. Let our trained team advise you and make an appointment.

Text message reminders

If you so wish, we can send you a text message reminder in good time for your next appointment. Simply leave your current mobile phone number with us and we will do the rest.

Newspapers/magazines

We have a range of newspapers and magazines to match your interests. Our waiting area offers current newspapers and magazines to suit all tastes.

On-site service of dental laboratory

Competent employees of our cooperating laboratory will be very happy to visit you in the practice, especially when it comes to preliminary discussions, individual adjustments or colour coding. In the laboratory itself, a dentist’s chair is also available for individual patient appointments. You may also wish to take the opportunity to get to know your dental technician before beginning your dental treatment and later to track the progress of your high-quality tooth replacement live.
