International bone graft specialist

Since November 2008, Professor Fouad Khoury, the head of the Private Clinic Schloss Schellenstein, performs surgery in our practice rooms. Professor Khoury is famous as a renowned implantologist and speaker both at home and abroad and is especially regarded as an expert in the transplantation of the body’s own bone to create an optimal implant site (bone augmentation).

His professional career:

• Exam 1978 Dentistry studies at St. Joseph University Beirut
• 1978 – 1979 Maxillofacial Surgery Department of the University of Freiburg
• 1979 – 1994 intern and attending physician at the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery of the University of Münster
• 1984 specialisation in oral surgery
• 1988 postdoctoral qualification
• 1994 Apl. professor at the University of Münster
• Since 1 July 1994 head physician of the private clinic Schloss Schellenstein and at the same time further participation in teaching and research programs of the University of Münster. More than 100 publications as well as numerous talks and courses in Germany and abroad
