Where can I obtain the medical history form and how do I fill it out?
Are you visiting us for the first time or are there any important changes? You can download our medical history form here. After downloading, you can print out the medical history form at home and fill it in, or you can complete the medical history form directly at our practice as usual.
Where is the dental practice located and how can it be reached?
Our dental practice is centrally located in Berlin Mitte at Friedrichstraße 186, 10117 Berlin. You can easily reach us by public transportation—subway, S-Bahn, and bus stations are within walking distance.
How do you deal with anxious patients?
For many people, dentist and fear are one word. If you are afraid of going to the dentist, we will support you with a great deal of sensitivity, modern technology and anesthesia options. You can be honest with us. We know better and can find solutions together. Understanding communication is possible with us in many languages.
Are there drinks available for patients in the waiting area?
Yes. Mineral water and juices are available for your refreshment in our waiting area. Please help yourself.
What support will I receive after painful or surgical treatment?
We would like to help you directly in case of pain: that is why we have a free cooling pad and a painkiller tablet ready for you to take home. You can also contact us at any time after surgical implant treatment outside of treatment hours via our emergency number.
What costs does health insurance cover—and how transparent are the treatment costs?
Not everything is covered by health insurance. For example, more aesthetically pleasing solutions or gentler treatment methods, as well as innovative digital diagnostics, still have to be partially or fully covered privately.
We create a transparent treatment and cost plan for your treatment. In addition, we will inform you about ways to cover the costs if your health insurance company only partially or not at all wants to pay for treatments that are relevant to you. Feel free to talk to us about supplementary dental insurance, financing or installment payments. We will find solutions that are sustainable and worthwhile.

Is there a way to freshen up before or after treatment at the practice?
Just arrive feeling fresh. Would you like to freshen up before your treatment? No problem with our cosmetic area: in the foyer of our patient restrooms, you will find the necessary facilities and a large wall mirror.
What will ensure a relaxed conclusion to my treatment?
It's wonderful when the tension eases: with our wonderfully fragrant compresses, your soul can take a deep breath. After non-surgical treatments, this is the best way to conclude your treatment in our practice.
Are the practice rooms air-conditioned?
Air-conditioned for pleasant treatments even at the height of summer: Concentration levels drop as temperatures rise. Our entire practice rooms are therefore air-conditioned to ensure stress-free dental treatment. This creates a pleasant treatment environment for you and gives our team the necessary ability to concentrate on the hot days of the year.
What should I do if I have toothache outside or during your office hours?
Unfortunately, toothache always seems to strike at the worst possible time. The emergency dental service in Berlin Mitte is happy to help you outside of our office hours. During our office hours, our practice team is of course also available to you without an appointment as part of our permanent pain service. What options do you offer for sedation or anesthesia?
There are various options available to ensure that you experience as little discomfort as possible during treatment. In addition to local anesthesia, twilight sleep is also an option, and general anesthesia is available for more extensive surgical procedures. We work closely with an experienced team of anesthesiologists to ensure the best possible treatment and minimal stress.
How can I maintain the comfort and function of my prosthesis in the long term?
Ensure the wearing comfort and functionality of your prosthesis by cleaning it regularly. Please ask for this service. Our cooperating dental laboratory will be happy to work for you.
Can I obtain recommended dental care products directly from your practice?
We are happy to recommend products that we use ourselves: for your oral hygiene at home, you can purchase the right dental care products for you from our practice's prophylaxis shop in consultation with our team.
Why are regular check-ups and preventive care important?
Regular check-ups and dental prophylaxis are essential for your dental health. We will be happy to add you to our appointment reminder system and contact you in good time.
Are there options for paying in installments for dental treatments?
Good treatment does not always fit into the current budget. Our practice is happy to offer you an installment payment solution in cooperation with the German Dental Computing Center (DZR). Just talk to us.
Will I receive an appointment reminder before my visit to the practice?
So that your appointment doesn't get lost in the daily routine: you leave your current telephone number and we will remind you of your visit to our practice by SMS in good time before your appointment.
What should I keep in mind when I am pregnant?
Other circumstances require other measures. For example, certain treatments are not always possible without further ado during this time. Therefore, please inform us in advance about your pregnancy. So that your teeth remain strong during pregnancy without harming the expectant baby.
What can I do for acute toothache?
In cases of acute pain (toothache), please give us a quick call. We will try to arrange a short-term appointment for pain treatment. Outside of our treatment hours, the dental emergency service is available to you.
What can I expect in the waiting area of your practice?
Even if everything here revolves around your teeth ... in our waiting area you can put your nose into an exciting read: in our waiting area you will find current magazines, daily newspapers and books from many exciting subject areas.
How is the collaboration with the dental laboratory organized?
Competent employees from our partner laboratory come directly to your treatment appointments as an on-site service in our practice so that you don't lose any valuable time – especially when it comes to preliminary discussions, individual adjustments, or color matching.
A dentist's chair is also available in the laboratory itself for individual patient appointments. Take the opportunity to get to know your dental technicians before the start of your dental prosthesis treatment and later follow the creation of your high-quality dental prosthesis live.
